The core of my work
Love & Forgiveness
Healing isn’t complete without love. And without forgiveness, the heart can’t fully release the pain, blame, or separation it has been holding. Forgiveness is the doorway that sets the will free. It softens the places where we’ve held on too tightly and makes room, quite literally, for giving.
My teacher, Michael Tamura, taught that forgiveness is love giving us another chance to learn, to heal, and to grow. Every experience asks us to choose: we can open to healing and growth, or we can resist, avoid, and blame. When we choose healing, the walls we’ve built inside ourselves begin to dissolve.
Before I give a healing, I first look at my own matching pictures, my own karma and the places in me that haven’t yet healed. As Jesus said, “If you see the sliver in your brother’s eye, first remove the log from your own.” Once the log is out of the way, you can see clearly. Your heart opens, and the truth comes into view.
