Information Collected Automatically
When you visit BirthchartHoroscopes.com, we automatically collect certain information about your device and how you interact with the site, such as:

- Measuring the performance of our advertising campaigns and reaching people likely to enjoy our readings (see the advertising section below)

- Maintaining and improving the performance, security, and usability of the site
- Analyzing aggregate usage patterns to better understand our audience
We do not sell your personal information for money. We do share limited identifiers with advertising partners as described in the next section, and you can opt out of that sharing.
Advertising & the Meta Pixel
We advertise on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). To measure whether those ads work and to reach people likely to be interested in our readings, we use two Meta technologies:
- The Meta Pixel — a small script on our pages that records events such as viewing a page, viewing a product, or beginning a checkout, and sets the _fbp/_fbc cookies in your browser.
- The Meta Conversions API — when you complete a purchase, our server sends Meta a record of that conversion, which may include a hashed (irreversibly scrambled) version of your email address, your IP address and browser type at checkout, and the order value. Hashing means Meta can match the event to an existing Meta account but cannot read your email address itself.
Meta processes this data under its own privacy policy. This measurement data may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under some state laws. You can opt out:
- Where our cookie consent banner is shown (EU/UK visitors), declining disables analytics and advertising cookies.
- Any visitor may block these cookies in browser settings, or use a browser that sends the Global Privacy Control signal.
- You can control how Meta uses ad data about you in Meta’s own Ad Preferences.

AI-Powered Tools and Data Flow
Many of our readings — including Personal Astrologer, The Spiritual Matrix, Solar Return, Human Design, Chinese Astrology, Monthly Forecast, Birth Chart Blueprint, and others — are written with the help of Anthropic’s Claude AI. When you use these tools:
- Your birth data, chart calculations, and any questions you submit are sent securely to Anthropic for the purpose of generating responses.
- Anthropic processes this data under its own privacy policy and does not train its AI models on user content submitted via API by Birthchart Horoscopes.
- We retain your reading content and Personal Astrologer chat history in our database so you can return to it from your dashboard.
- AI-generated readings are for personal reflection and entertainment — they may contain inaccuracies and should not be treated as literal prediction or professional advice.
Memberships and Recurring Billing
If you subscribe to Premium Membership, the following billing data is held and processed via Stripe (we do not store full payment card numbers):
- Stripe customer ID and subscription ID
- Subscription status (trialing, active, past due, canceled)
- Billing period dates and renewal date
- Invoice and charge history
You can review or cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard at /account/. See our Terms of Service for full cancellation and refund policy.
Email List & Communications
Some features (such as receiving your free birth chart or member welcome content) involve joining our email list. By entering your email address, you agree to receive:
- Transactional emails: purchase confirmations, reading delivery links, magic-link sign-in codes, billing notices, and account-related communications. These are essential to providing the service and cannot be unsubscribed from while your account is active.
- Marketing emails: follow-up spiritual insights, new tool announcements, and offerings from Birthchart Horoscopes. You may unsubscribe from these at any time.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any marketing email or by contacting us at hello@birthcharthoroscopes.com.
Third-Party Services
We share limited information with trusted third parties who help us operate the site. Each is contractually bound to handle your data securely under their own published privacy policies:
- Stripe — payment processing, subscription billing, refunds
- ActiveCampaign — email list management, marketing automation
- Postmark — delivery of transactional emails (sign-in links, purchase and reading notices)
- Anthropic — Claude AI provider for spiritual content generation
- Meta Platforms — advertising measurement and delivery (see “Advertising & the Meta Pixel”)
- Google Analytics — traffic and usage analytics
- OpenCage — converting the birth and current locations you type into map coordinates
- CloudConvert — chart-wheel image rendering (SVG to PNG conversion)
- Liquid Web — web hosting and infrastructure
These partners only receive the information necessary to provide their services.
Payments & Security
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Birthchart Horoscopes does not see, store, or have access to your full credit card number. Stripe is a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor.
Saved Charts and Reading History
When you create an account, your natal chart calculations and any readings you generate are saved to your dashboard so you can return to them. You can request deletion of any saved chart or your entire account at any time by emailing hello@birthcharthoroscopes.com. We will fulfill the request within 30 days.
Children's Privacy
This website is intended for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information to us, please contact us at hello@birthcharthoroscopes.com so we can promptly remove it.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:
- Access your data
- Request correction
- Request deletion
- Restrict processing
- Withdraw consent

Your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. By using the site, you consent to these transfers.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to:

- Comply with tax, accounting, and legal obligations (typically 7 years for purchase records)
- Support your email subscriptions (unless you unsubscribe)
