• Your birth data, chart calculations, and any questions you submit are sent securely to Anthropic for the purpose of generating responses.
• Anthropic processes this data under its own privacy policy and does not train its AI models on user content submitted via API by Birthchart Horoscopes.
• We retain your reading content and Personal Astrologer chat history in our database so you can return to it from your dashboard.
• AI-generated readings are for personal reflection and entertainment — they may contain inaccuracies and should not be treated as literal prediction or professional advice.

Memberships and Recurring Billing

If you subscribe to Premium Membership, the following billing data is held and processed via Stripe (we do not store full payment card numbers):

• Stripe customer ID and subscription ID
• Subscription status (trialing, active, past due, canceled)
• Billing period dates and renewal date
• Invoice and charge history

Email List & Communications

Some features (such as receiving your free birth chart or member welcome content) involve joining our email list. By entering your email address, you agree to receive:

• Transactional emails: purchase confirmations, reading delivery links, magic-link sign-in codes, billing notices, and account-related communications. These are essential to providing the service and cannot be unsubscribed from while your account is active.
• Marketing emails: follow-up spiritual insights, new tool announcements, and offerings from Birthchart Horoscopes. You may unsubscribe from these at any time.

Payments & Security

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Birthchart Horoscopes does not see, store, or have access to your full credit card number. Stripe is a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor.

Saved Charts and Reading History

When you create an account, your natal chart calculations and any readings you generate are saved to your dashboard so you can return to them. You can request deletion of any saved chart or your entire account at any time by emailing hello@birthcharthoroscopes.com. We will fulfill the request within 30 days.

Children's Privacy

This website is intended for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information to us, please contact us at hello@birthcharthoroscopes.com so we can promptly remove it.
