Gate 1 sits in the G Center, the diamond at the heart of the bodygraph where identity, love, and direction live, and it carries the purest creative charge in the system. This is not creativity as a hobby or a skill you picked up. It is creativity as identity. When Gate 1 is active in your chart, the question is never whether you will make things. It is only what, and for whom, and whether the world will give you room. The old I Ching called this hexagram The Creative, the pure yang force that begins everything, and Human Design keeps that inheritance: something in you insists on being expressed in a form no one else could produce.
